Terms and Conditions

By signing and submitting rental application, “Applicant” affirms that all answers to questions are true and correct and that Applicant has not knowingly withheld any fact or circumstance which would, if disclosed may affect the application unfavorably. Applicant gives A.Brown Property Development, LLC full authorization to verify any and all information contained in the application, applicant submissions, and to inquire into Applicants’ character, general reputation and general mode of living. Applicant releases all of liability in connection with any information which may be provided to A.Brown Property Development, LLC. Applicant gives full authorization to A.Brown Property Development, LLC to view both their credit and criminal history. Applicant acknowledges that only the signing of the Lease Agreement and the exchange of move-in funds give any right to the residence of which they are applying. All submissions and information collected remains confidential.

Notice to All Applicants: Where applicable, rental assistance and subsidy programs have the final approval, therefore there is no guarantee of acceptance until authorization is provided by the appropriate controlling agency.
